Shipping


What shipping methods do you offer?  

We currently only offer one method of delivery, standard economy from the US Postal Service. From time of purchase, products will take 5-10 business days to arrive. We will be offering more shipping options soon.


Where are the products shipped from?   

All products are shipped from our partners facility location in Detroit, MI.


Where do you ship?  

We currently offer shipping to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia.   


Orders

How can I track my order?   

In the sales confirmation email you receive from us there will be a link which you can use to follow the real time status of your order. You can also register for text updates via this link.  


Can I cancel or edit an order after it was made?  

Unfortunately, changes to orders can’t be submitted after the orders are placed.


My order arrived defective. What do I do?  

If you are concerned about the quality of your product, please email customerservice@pikelball.com and please include the following information

  • Order Number
  • Your Email address
  • Picture of the defect or area of concern

If product meets our return guidelines a new product will be shipped immediately.


Can I change the shipping address? 

Unfortunately changes to orders can’t be submitted after the orders are placed.


My tracking shows delivered but I have not gotten the product.  What do I do?  

Please email customerservice@pikelball.com and include the following information

  • Order #
  • Email address

How will the purchase be displayed on my credit card statement?   

All purchases made through our site will show “pɪ́kəl Apparel” on your credit card statement.


Sizing

My product does not fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to sizing issues at this time. If your item is defective, we will replace it immediately.

Returns

What is your return policy?    

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee the quality of our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on OUR part will result in a replacement at no charge. Please email customerservice@pikelball.com and include the following information for review:

  • Order #
  • Email address
  • Picture of the defect or area of concern

We do not currently accept returns, refunds or replacements due to choosing incorrect sizing, color or design.


How do I track returns? 

If you return has been accepted, you will receive an email with all tracking information for your replacement product.


Can I get a refund for my product?   

At this time, we currently do not offer any refunds but if your order is damaged or defective it will be replaced.
