Shipping
Currently we only offer one method of delivery, standard economy from the US Postal Service. From time of purchase, products will take 5-10 business days to arrive. We will be offering more shipping options soon. Products are shipped from our manufacturing location in Detroit, MI. We offer shipping to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee the quality of our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on OUR part will result in a replacement at no charge. Please email customerservice@pikelball.com and include the following information for review:

- Picture of the defect or area of concern
We do not currently accept returns, refunds or replacements due to choosing incorrect sizing, color or design.
